The Program has been operating since 2005.
Lumiere University Lyons-2 is known as one of the leading universities of France specialising on researches in public and the humanities spheres, economy, political science, arts and languages.
One of priority directions of activity for Lumiere University Lyons-2 are the international exchanges. The university includes 280 agreements of the international cooperation and an exchange from which 150 it is carried out within the limits of European program Erasmus.
Lumiere University Lyons-2 was integrated into space of the European education in 2004 and the first has introduced the project of use of information and communication technologies in education (TICE). Student's electronic (ENT environment has been entered at university in 2003 and is an outstanding innovation in France.
Lumiere University Lyons-2 offers modern conditions of education and residing. The libraries are united among themselves within uniform storehouse of the documentation (SCD), containing over 450 000 books and the electronic catalogue are accessible to all students.
The university consists of 7 institutes and 6 faculties, and also the centre of the international education and the centre of foreign languages. In an educational institution 46 research laboratories among which 22 concern the National centre of scientific researches (CNRS) work.
Today over 28 thousand students study at university .There are 908 teachers and scientific employees also1 621 employee provides university functioning.
This educational institution carries out preparation of students at three levels: the bachelor, the master, the doctor.

Admission conditions
The admission of students is carried out annually in April and August of current year, transfer is by results of interview. Participants who have the bachelor's degree are accepted to participation in the program .
Training conditions
Training term makes 4 semestre (2 years):
• 3 semestre in KNEU with the assistance of teachers of University Lyons 2;
4 • and a semestre - training at the enterprises or in the Ukrainian branches of joint ventures of the European Union.
Training is carried out on contract basis.
The training form - modular evening (gives to participants of the program possibility for association of processes of training and working).
Within the project there are French and English languages classes. Training includes the elements of interactive communication, teleconference and many other things.
Diplomas
Listeners who have successfully finished the program, obtain 2 diplomas:
• the specialist on «Economic statistics» state sample of Ukraine;
• the master on «Decision-making and statistican computer science» Lumiere University Lyons-2 the state sample of France.
Training
The first graduation of students of the program has taken place in 2007, all participants of the program have passed successful training in France at the enterprises: JetAnswer ltd, Bank Credit Agricole, Centre-Est, French Telecom, Veolia Environnement (Veolia Eau), Atilog.
Successes
Having returned to Ukraine, three participants of the program have opened their own enterprises.
The rector of university prof. V.S.Ponomarenko and the Ambassador of France in Ukraine, Jean-Paul Vezian, on November, 8th, 2007 for the first time have handed to graduates of the program diplomas about double education of University Lyons-2 and the Kharkiv National University of Economics. The head of economic mission of embassy, delegation of chairmen of the French enterprises and representatives also took part in ceremony of handing of diplomas (Lafarge, Teamlog, Societe Generale, UkrSibBank BNP group BNP Parisbas, Veolia).
