2011 Muskie Program - study in the USA

The Muskie Program is open to graduatestudents and professionals from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia,Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine andUzbekistan for one-year non-degree, one-year degree, or two-year degree studyin the United States.

Eligible fields of study for the MuskieProgram are: business administration, economics,education, environmental management, international affairs, journalism and masscommunication, law, library and information science, public administration,public health, and public policy.

Applications are currently beingaccepted for the 2011 cycle of the Edmund S. Muskie Graduate FellowshipProgram. Paper application

Applicants who cannot complete theapplication online may download and complete a paper application (two parts).Three (3) complete copies of all application materials must be received by anIREX office in one package by 5PM local time on Monday, November 8, 2010.
